RENIA KORVIN

Movement is a catalyst for transformation – physically, emotionally, and energetically. When we move with purpose, we unlock our fullest potential.

With 7 years of experience in high-performance environments, I developed KOR to bridge the gap between elite-level training and everyday movement. My background is rooted in the high-performance pathways of Australia’s top sporting institutions, including the Queensland Academy of Sport (QAS) and Surfing Australia’s High Performance Program.

Having authored a published paper on Strength Training Practices in Surfing and co-developed Aerial Development Frameworks for world-class athletes, I bring a research-led, biomechanical lens to every session.

KOR Studios is more than a platform; it is a movement community where technique meets intuition, and performance meets empowerment. Whether you are preparing for your next World Tour event or simply seeking to reconnect with your body, this space is for you.
